12 Days Brahmotsava celebrations in ISKCON Temple Bangalore
Brahmotsava is the festival to celebrate the advent of the deities in the temple. Generally it is an eleven day festival starting with Dvaja arohana- hoisting of the garuda flag and ending with Dvaja avarhona and samprokshana- dehoisting of the flag and sprinkling of the sacred water.

Many sacred rituals and offerings are performed as a part of the festival during these eleven days. Every day there are special homas, fire sacrifices in the morning and vahanotsavas and cultural dance drama presentations in the evening. You can participate in the festival by offering special sevas to the deities.   Know more about ISKCON Bangalore Brahmotsava by clicking the following link: http://www.iskconbangalore.org/brahmotsava-2011
