Job Description:
• Should interact with the customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the products and services.
• Should handle and resolve customer's complaints.
• Should keep in track of existing customer list and to inform them regarding Kids , Public and corporate programmes.
• Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
• Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards.

0 - 2
Salary:
As per industry standards and based on experience.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate
