Be point of contact with the school to understand training needs and requirements
Anchor Trainer for Superbkids and Superbteens program
All other trainings such as Miracle Maker, Parents Training etc
Managing the Quality of delivery program across all training program
Understanding & produce the training needs to the design team for new variations of training.
Design mechanism to receive, evaluate and manage feedback
Design and Administer systems to ensure highest level of quality of training
Constant internal communication and boosting employee morale
